Group Purchasing
When you buy training for your team, we'll give you a unique training access code. Your team members will use this code to sign up and start the training.
Community Resilience Group Purchasing includes access to the five Core Community Resilience Training modules:

- Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
- Understanding Resilience
- Taking Action Using a Trauma- and Violence-informed Approach
- ACEs and Resilience Interactive Practice Case

Administrative Support
When you buy administrative support, we take care of registration for your whole group. We'll enroll everyone and send out login information at the same time – on a schedule that works for you.
When you buy administrative support, you'll also get access to your group's training completion data. As a group leader, you'll have access to a dashboard on your account where you can see your group's training progress in real time.

- Quality training for everyone. Community Resilience Core Training is evidence-based, practical, and relevant to many different groups.
- Simple setup and accounting. When you buy a group training access code, everyone on your team can access the training easily. You won't need to have each person register and pay separately.
- Flexible access. This option makes it simple to provide access to members of your group over the 6-month access period. For instance, if new staff members join your team they can be given the training access code once they onboard.
Why Administrative Support?
- We'll handle registration for you. If you're buying training for a large group, it can be a lot of work to explain how everyone needs to sign up. With administrative support, we take care of all of that. Just send us the email addresses of people who need access, and we'll register them. Your team can skip the signup process and jump straight into the training.
- Easy progress tracking. Administrative support makes it simple to see how your group is doing. If Community Resilience Core Training is mandatory for staff, this option saves you time. As the group leader, you can check everyone's progress in real-time instead of collecting certificates of completion one by one.

Complete the form below and provide us your contact information. Our team will reach out to you promptly via email to discuss what group training options you are interested in, answer any questions you may have, and determine how many seats in the training you require.
After your group registration is complete, you will receive your unique training access code to be shared with group as well as instructions you can send to your team.
The training access code is valid for 6 months; this access begins on the day we send your code. Each user has access to the training for 6 months, beginning on the day they use the code and register an account with us.
When you register using your team’s training access code, you will receive an email from admin@communityresilience.ca with your login credentials and instructions for how to login to the site. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk folders.
The training completion dashboard, available with purchase of our administrative support, is housed directly on our training site. With access, a group leader can view their group’s progress with completing the training modules. This includes data on overall group completion, as well as individual user progress data. This dashboard gets updated in real-time, so you can stay on top of monitoring how your group is progressing. You can view the dashboard on your training site as well as download progress reports.
Not to worry, you can always purchase more seats after your initial purchase – giving more people the opportunity to use the training access code. To initiate this process please reach out to our team.
